Where do orders ship from?
Every order ships from within the USA. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days. Large items such as cat trees and litter boxes can take a little longer.
Are the product photos real?
Yes. Product pages show the maker's photos of the exact item you receive. The lifestyle photos on the homepage are stock photos.
How does the water station work?
It pours a fresh bowl from a 3.5 L clean tank on the schedule you set, and the old water drains into a separate tank. It's cordless and rechargeable, with no filters to buy.
Will the cat tree fit my space?
Each tree has a size photo with its height and footprint. Taller trees should be anchored to a wall.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items within 30 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or not working, email a photo and we send a replacement or refund. Returns policy
Are these vet products?
No. It's everyday gear for healthy cats. If your cat seems unwell, see your vet.
