Shipping policy

Every order ships from the USA, with tracking emailed when it ships.

Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days. Large items such as cat trees and litter boxes ship separately and can take a little longer.

Every kit ships free. Other orders ship free over $35; otherwise it is a flat $5.95.

Items in one order may arrive in separate boxes. We ship to all 50 US states.
